"I really wanted to love it, but it was disappointing"
I was excited for the bouquet to arrive, but it ended up being a letdown. It got there late, and the flowers looked kind of wilted and thrown together. Maybe I just had bad luck, but I’m sure this isn’t what I was expecting.

"Canceling the subscription was way harder than it should’ve been"
I ordered flowers one time and then somehow ended up stuck dealing with the subscription settings, which became a headache. I couldn’t find a clear way to cancel, and when I emailed, it took way too long to get a useful response. The flowers themselves were fine, but the account side was really frustrating. "Pretty disappointing for the price"
I was disappointed with these. The flowers looked a bit old as soon as I opened the box, with brown edges and droopy stems. I tried to give them a chance, but they only lasted about a day before looking even worse. For the price, I politely expected a lot better.

The flowers arrived looking really nice, and my friend said she loved them, so overall that part worked out well. Delivery was pretty much around the time I expected too, which was a relief since I’d seen other people mention timing in reviews.
The only thing was the gift message had a couple of words missing, so it read kind of awkwardly. It wasn’t a huge disaster, but for a gift it was a little annoying, and I’m curious if other people have had that happen too

"Nice flowers, but the support was frustrating"
The flowers themselves were nice, so I’ll give them credit for that. But getting help from customer service was such a pain. I had one simple question about my order and didn’t hear back until it was basically too late to do anything. Then the response felt like one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” messages, which just made it more annoying. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating.

"My delivery note was basically ignored"
I specifically asked them to call before leaving the flowers, but they were just left outside anyway. To me, that kind of defeats the whole point of sending flowers as a surprise, because the moment was completely spoiled. I reached out to support hoping they’d at least acknowledge the mistake in a meaningful way, but all I got was a quick sorry. It felt disappointing overall.

"Beautiful Flowers, But Tracking Could Be Better"
The flowers did show up the same day, which I really appreciated, but they arrived a little later than I was expecting. They looked nice and everything turned out okay, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. I just wish the tracking had been more accurate so I wasn’t left wondering when they’d actually get there. Still, I was relieved they made it in the end because the gesture really meant a lot.

"Am I the only one who found checkout super frustrating?"
Am I the only one who had a rough time trying to order flowers here? The checkout felt way more annoying than it needed to be. A couple pages loaded weirdly, and I ended up having to re-enter my info twice. I really just wanted to place a simple order, but the whole process was frustrating.

"So, flowers but messy packaging"
so the flowers themselves were nice, but the packaging was kind of disappointing. The box showed up dented and the paper around the bouquet was all wrinkled, so it felt a little rushed. Since it was meant to be a gift, I was hoping the presentation would feel more special, especially for the price.

The delivery was where something felt a bit off. The courier arrived around the right time, but he seemed rushed and barely said anything. The box was handed over fine, but it didn’t feel like there was much care or friendliness in the moment.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not a great one either. I’d probably order again, but I’d hope the delivery feels a little more professional next time.

I don’t know why, but I was expecting the flowers to feel a lot more local and seasonal. I liked the whole idea behind it, but when the order arrived, some of the stems looked generic and a few already seemed a little tired. Delivery itself was fine, so no complaints there, but for the price I just expected something fresher and more tied to what’s actually growing nearby. Not awful, just kind of disappointing.

"Decent flowers, but my gut says I’d expect more for a work order"
I used Flowers for Dreams for a small batch of client gifts. The flowers themselves looked nice, so no complaints there, but a few deliveries showed up later than promised and one of the note cards was missing. Support did get back to me eventually, but it wasn’t exactly quick. Overall, it was okay, but my gut feeling is that a corporate order should feel a little more buttoned up.

The flowers were and the site was simple enough to use, but the selection felt kind of limited. I was looking for something fun for a birthday, with more colors or styles, and ended up wasting energy clicking around hoping more options would show up. I did find something decent in the end, but it felt like there just wasn’t much to choose from.

Then I noticed a second pending charge on my card, and it just sat there for several days. When I contacted support, they mostly told me it should drop off, but I don’t remember getting a clear explanation for why it happened in the first place.
Maybe it really was just some random payment glitch, but based on that experience, I’d be hesitant to order again without watching my account closely. Buying flowers should be simple, not something where you have to keep checking your card afterward.

"Account stuff was kinda annoying"
The flowers themselves were totally fine, no real complaints there. But trying to deal with my account was kind of a pain tbh. I couldnt easily figure out where to update my info, and the whole thing just didn’t feel super clear. It took way more clicking around than it should have. Not a terrible site or anything, but I defintely expected it to be easier.

"Easy to use, with a couple little bumps"
Overall, the site was simple to use. I was able to find the flowers I wanted and get through checkout without much trouble, and I liked that the photos were clear enough to see the colors and arrangement details. The only small things were that a couple of pages took a few extra seconds to load, and I had to poke around a bit to find the delivery information. Nothing major, though, it was still a good experience, just with a few minor hiccups
